At Bath Rugby, we want all supporters to enjoy their matchday experience to the fullest, and we hope some of the recent changes we've made, based on your feedback via our post match surveys, will ensure this is possible.
Here's a few examples of what we've been able to improve thanks to you...
- Tap & Go app now available to download helping you beat the queues by pre-ordering your drinks
- More frequent toilet checks to make sure we maintain the high standards we set
- PA system sound levels being monitored and adjusted accordingly for a better in game experience
- Improved WiFi now available to the public
- Water is now available at the wine bar
By providing us with your feedback it allows us to improve the matchday for you and your fellow Bath Rugby supporters at the Rec. We will continue to take your views on board and do all that we can to make your experience a memorable one, whether you’re a first timer or a Season Ticket Holder.
