“Without doubt, our supporters will help make a difference on Sunday" - Ford

2 April 2014

It’s all to play for this Sunday at the Rec, as Bath Rugby host Brive in the Amlin Challenge Cup Quarter-Final.

For the first time since the 1998 Heineken Cup Final, we will lock horns with the French Top 14 side and Head Coach, Mike Ford, is relishing the prospect getting that one step closer to some silverware.

“We know that this is going to be a big challenge for us. Brive have been going well this season - they’ve taken some big scalps in the Top 14, beating the likes of Clermont Auvergne, Toulon and Toulouse, which is no mean feat.

“They are competing hard for a top six finish in the league and we know the attacking threat that they will pose. They have some quality players and will come into the game full of confidence off the back of some good results.

“This is a huge game for us and we are determined to put a disappointing couple of results behind us and get back to winning ways in front of a packed crowd at the Rec. We’ve prepared well, know that we need to be clinical and are determined to put in a big performance.

“Without doubt, our supporters will help make a difference on Sunday. The atmosphere for European games at the Rec is always very special and come 14.00, it will be great to run out to a sea of Blue, Black and White.”

With a place in the Semi-Final at stake this is a game that you can't afford to miss! Prices start £19.98 and an adult and child ticket is just £20! Call 0844 448 1865 and book your seats today!
