Bath Rugby's Orlando Bailey, Ewan Richards, Ethan Staddon, John Stewart and Archie Griffin were all in action for their respective countries yesterday at the U18s International Series in South Africa.
The continued selection of Bath Rugby Academy players at international level reinforces the Club's aims of achieving a 50% homegrown squad by 2023.
Both England and Wales will now prepare for their final match of the International series on Saturday against South Africa Schools A and France U18s.
ENGLAND V FRANCE
England U18s defeated France 29-25 in their second game of the U18 International Series in South Africa, after a narrow defeat to Argentina in the opener.
France held a 13-10 lead at the break with England’s points coming from a Will Trenholm converted try and a Charlie Atkinson penalty.
Second-half scores from Trenholm, Louis Hillman-Cooper and Will Joseph helped seal the victory, despite a late fightback from France.

Wales v South Africa SChools a
Wales and South Africa School A played out a classic as they traded blow for blow in a 31-31 draw in Paarl.
Jake Morgan, Rhodri King, Luke Davies and Mason Grady scored the tries with centre Tom Mathews contributing 11 points in a faultless afternoon from the tee.
South Africa's tries came from Teague Loelley (2), Sonwako Sokoyi and Sibusiso Java, with Jacques Rousseau also kicking 11 points.
Wales will now be looking to finish the series on a high against France U18s.
