Ahead of the first home game of the Aviva Premiership tomorrow against Newcastle Falcons, below is some useful information for supporters.
- The Ticket Office, located at 8 Pulteney Bridge, will be open from 10:30 until kick-off (15:00).
- The phone lines for the Ticket Office (0844 448 1865) will be open from 10:30 until 14:45
- The Pulteney Bridge Ticket Office will only be open for ticket sales or if you have an immediate issue that prevents you entering the ground
- If you are collecting a ticket, the collection point will be located about three-quarters of the way along the Riverside path (coming from the Riverside gate), behind the West stand.
We expect the main Ticket Office to be extremely busy on Saturday. If you have any concerns that do not need to be dealt with on the matchday, you can contact a steward in the ground, or email the Ticket Office on tickets@bathrugby.com.
The City centre is anticipated to be very busy tomorrow, as from 11:00 the annual Grand Regency Costumed Promenade, which opens the Jane Austen Festival, will take place, with participants making their way through the streets of Bath.
Gates open at 13:00, but please leave plenty of time for your journey and for making your way to the ground.
