Bath Rugby will look to bounce back from an opening day defeat as they face Gloucester Rugby in their first home game of the season at the Rec on Saturday 8th September (kick off 16:30).
Here are just a few names to look out for from the Cherry and Whites.
The New-Zealand born full-back signed for Gloucester from Bristol at the start of the 2017/18 season. Woodward was one of the key figures for the Club in the last campaign, scoring five tries in his 15 Premiership games. He is known for his powerful running, pace and presence in attack making him one to look out for when the Cherry and Whites visit the Rec next weekend.
The fly-half began is one of the Gallagher Premiership's all-time leading points scorers with over 1,100 points to his name in his spells with Wasps and Sale Sharks. A pivotal figure at fly-half, Cipriani is not only a threat from the boot, but also with ball in hand. His form last season for Wasps earned him a recall to the England set-up, which saw him make his first start for his country in 10 years against South Africa over the summer.
Cipriani will now look to make his mark with the Cherry and Whites during the 2018/19 campaign, as he looks to force himself into the reckoning for next year's Rugby World Cup.
Morgan began his career for the Scarlets, he was at the club for three years before joining the Cherry and Whites in 2012. The number eight has made 31 appearances for England, and is known for his strong ball carrying ability and his work in defence. Morgan had an injury-disrupted campaign last year, but will be looking to make amends, as he starts this afternoon against Northampton Saints.
