Three things not to miss at the Rec

26 January 2018

Bath Rugby will take on fellow table-toppers Newcastle Falcons at the Rec tomorrow in the Anglo-Welsh Cup. In addition to 80 minutes of top-class rugby, there’s a full day of entertainment planned on and off the pitch.

Ahead of your visit to the Rec, here are the three things not to miss on matchday…

1) Family-friendly fun

On the outfield you’ll find a marquee filled with free activities including, face painting, balloon modelling and a player signing session. Between 13:30 and 14:15 come and meet first team stars Semesa Rokoduguni, Max Clark, Dave Attwood and Anthony Perenise*, who will be signing free team posters

2) Guard of Honour

Has your little one dreamt of welcoming the Blue, Black and White onto the pitch? Sign them up to our open Guard of Honour, as we welcome the team back onto the pitch for the second-half of Saturday’s match. You can sign-up at the Player Signing Marquee when gates open at 13:00, but be quick as capacity is limited.

3) The Payoff

The entertainment will continue after the final whistle, with local supporter favourites The Payoff playing some of their classic covers in the Swift Half.
