European Rugby Champions Cup action returns to the Rec tomorrow, as Bath Rugby host Scarlets in a crucial Pool Five game at the Rec, kick-off 19:45.
We’ll be celebrating the 20th anniversary of our famous European Cup win over Brive in 1998 with members of the squad, so here’s three things you don’t want to miss at tomorrow’s game.
1) The 1998 European cup winning Squad
Keep your eyes peeled, as European Cup winners Andy Robinson, Jeremy Guscott, Andy Nicol, Jon Callard and many more return to the Rec. A pre-match Q&A with members of the ’98 squad will take place in the Swift Half around 18:45, with some chatting at half-time too.
2) The Trophy
You can have your photo taken with the famous Heineken Cup trophy that Andy Nicol lifted 20 years ago in Bordeaux – head over to the marquee on the outfield.
3) Matchday programme
The official matchday programme will celebrate the achievements of the team with an exclusive interview with Andy Nicol, and memories shared by players and supporters from the trophy-winning weekend in the South of France. It also features a special, commemorative cover, so don’t miss out!
Tickets for the game are still available starting at just £20, and can be purchased online here, or by ringing the Ticket Office on 0844 448 1865
