Rivalries renewed in LV= Cup campaign

17 July 2013

Bath Rugby will come up against two of their traditional foes, Exeter Chiefs and Leicester Tigers, in this season's LV= Cup campaign.

First up is a trip north to tackle Sale Sharks, before Exeter, who are still to beat Bath in any competition, visit the Recreation Ground on Sunday 17th November, kick-off 15.00.

Anglo Welsh rivalries are reignited as Cardiff Blues come to town in the last weekend of January, before the pool stages finish on what should be a thrilling climax – Leicester Tigers at Welford Road.

Bath will be keeping a close eye on the fortunes of the rest of Pool Three - Harlequins, Worcester Warriors and Ospreys - throughout the competition, as it is those three teams we will need to better to qualify for the semi-final stages in March.
