Ollie Fox will join Ealing Trailfinders at the end of the season.
The 23-year-old, who has made 19 appearances in Blue, Black and White to date, leaves in search of regular game time at a crucial stage of his career.
Everyone at Bath Rugby would like to wish Ollie all the best for the future.
The scrum-half said: “I’m very sad to be leaving a club that means a lot to me and although this season has been tough for many reasons, I have had so many amazing experiences at Bath.
“I’ve genuinely made friends for life, and I’ve enjoyed every opportunity that has come my way since joining the club in 2019, but it’s the right time for a change and a new challenge.
“Thank you to the coaches, my teammates and the fans for the support I’ve had whilst I’ve been here, and I wish everyone the best of luck for the seasons to come.”
Head Coach Neal Hatley added: “Whilst we’re disappointed to see Foxy leave, we fully understand his desire to play first team rugby.
“He is a really popular member of our squad who has really bought into being a Bath player and despite the tough season we have had, he has been a real positive influence amongst the playing squad.
"We wish him all the very best with what’s next in his rugby journey.”
