After helping guide England to the Rugby World Cup Final, Neal Hatley has returned to Bath Rugby to take up his role as Forwards and Defence Coach.
Hatley will utilise his experience and knowledge of high performing environments to drive the performance of the team and drive the Club towards being a top four side in the Gallagher Premiership. Hatley re-joins the Club after three and half successful years in the international setup, helping England to a Test Series win against Australia in 2016, a Six Nations title in 2017 and a World Cup Final.
Director of Rugby, Stuart Hooper said: “We’re delighted to have Neal back with us after a successful Rugby World Cup campaign in Japan. He has delivered fundamental change during his time with England and we’re looking forward to having his expertise and knowledge to further enhance the way that we play.
“He has supported in the development of a number of players from the Premiership into regular starters on the international stage, which will prove invaluable in driving our standards and working towards our aspirations both domestically and in Europe.
