Bath Rugby's final run out before the start of the season ended in a defeat against Cardiff Rugby at Arms Park.
Beno Obano and trialist Richard de Carpentier were on the scoresheet for the Blue, Black and Whites with Danny Cipriani and Orlando Bailey adding the conversions to their tries.
All in all it was a beneficial exercise for Bath to put minutes into the squad ahead of the Gallagher Premiership trip to Sale Sharks next Saturday.
