Bath Rugby were edged out at the death by Sale Sharks in Round 19 of the Gallagher Premiership.
Cameron Redpath and Josh Bayliss scored early for the Blue, Black and White, and Rhys Priestland's boot kept the hosts in contention of victory but Sale crossed late on to win 24-20.
