Join Bath Rugby’s Community team at Tor RFC this August for our summer camps, and give your aspiring Dave Attwoods, budding Matt Banahans and wannabe Anthony Watsons the chance to learn to play the Bath Rugby way!
From 13th-15th August, the Community team will be holding a camp at the family-friendly rugby club nestled among the rolling hills of Glastonbury, Somerset. Girls and boys of all ages able to take part in specially tailored coaching sessions, which are delivered by some of the best rugby community coaches in the country.
The summer camp at Tor will feature joint skills sessions, along with joint classroom sessions which will provide a unique insight into the use of video analysis by Bath Rugby and other Premiership clubs.
Whether the youngsters wish to hone their skills ahead of the new season, or just get a little more interested in the sport, everyone is welcome.
“We’re really looking forward to these camps at Tor RFC. It’s a great club to host us, and all three days promise to be lots of fun for the kids whilst they learn some new skills,” said Bath Rugby’s Community Rugby Coach, Kim Oliver. “There’s something for all age ranges, so whether they are just getting started, or are looking to go back to school of their club at the start of the season with some different abilities, we’re sure the children will have a fantastic time in a safe environment that really brings out the best in them.”
