Joseph to make 50th Bath Rugby appearance in Toulon

8 January 2016

Centre Jonathan Joseph will make his 50th Bath Rugby appearance in this Sunday's European Rugby Champions Cup match in Toulon, kick-off 16.15 (local time).

In the Club's first ever competitive meeting with the three-time European champions, Stuart Hooper returns to captain the team in a second row also featuring Wales international Dominic Day.

In the front row, Nick Auterac (loosehead), Rob Webber (hooker) and David Wilson (tighthead) start together for the second time this season. The back row of blindside Matt Garvey, openside Francois Louw and number eight Leroy Houston is the same that started Bath's 19-16 Champions Cup victory against Leinster in November.

Named at nine and ten respectively are Chris Cook and George Ford, outside whom in the back line are centres Kyle Eastmond and Joseph. For the sixth time this season, wings Matt Banahan and Semesa Rokoduguni and fullback Anthony Watson form the back three.

The game will be shown live on BT Sport Europe, with coverage starting from 15.00 UK time.
