Sam Harris will wear the rose for England v Ireland, whilst Eddie Erskine will feature for Scotland v Italy.
Harris completes a full campaign for England U20 after playing at full back in all five U20 Six Nations fixtures.
After scoring in front of a home crowd at The Rec last weekend in a tough game against France U20, Harris will look to replicate some of the same scoring ability he's shown throughout the campaign.
With Ireland U20 being four from four after their win against Scotland last week, England U20 will be hoping to scupper Ireland's plans of a clean sweep.
Meanwhile, Erskine is one of eight changes for Scotland U20 Head Coach Kenny Murray, as his side face Italy at Scotstoun Stadium.
Erskine will start in the number 4 jersey for the first time, after coming off the bench earlier in the competition.
After a stellar performance for Wales in a close defeat against Italy last week, Louie Hennessey is unavailable for selection due to injury.
