Four Bath Rugby players have been named to face South Africa in their first pool game of the Six Nations U20 Summer Series.
The England U20 team was announced today by Head Coach Alan Dickens.
Versatile scrummager Ewan Richards lines up in the second-row, with John Stewart being named as hooker and Tom Carr-Smith as scrum-half.
On the bench is back-rower Ethan Staddon who will hope to add power to the game as one of Dickens's finishers.
Of their inclusion, Craig Lilley, Bath Rugby's Academy Manager, said "It's a great achievement for the boys and I'm very proud of the work they've put in.
"The experience the players will gain from playing in such an elite level competition is priceless and I'm looking forward to seeing how they've developed as both players and people when they return to the club.
"The boys are facing a tough opposition against South Africa but I know it'll be a challenge they'll relish."
Dickens took a 36-man squad out to Italy earlier this week for the Summer Series competition.
"The team is excited to play against South Africa although they are a little bit of an unknown as they haven’t played any games this year at an international level," said Dickens.
The game will be live-streamed with England's first pool game kicking off at 4pm BST on Friday 24 June.
