Ahead of last weekend’s Gallagher Premiership clash with Northampton Saints, Bath Rugby stars Jack Wilson, Josh Bayliss and Lucas Noguera took time out of their schedule to run a coaching session with local Bath children.
Hosted by Bath Rugby’s official Vehicle Supplier, Land Rover, 40 boys and girls were put through their paces against the stunning backdrop of Farleigh House.
With over 40 young fans attending, the first team players were able to pass on words of wisdom and expert advice during the skills clinic and Q+A session.
Speaking at the session on behalf of Land Rover, Wilson said: “Grassroots rugby is hugely important for the development of the game in this country; it’s where we all began our careers when we were younger.
“It was great to see the enjoyment and enthusiasm from the boys and girls and their excitement to be at Farleigh House. Rugby at this level is all about enjoyment and it was great for us to get in amongst it with Land Rover to help out for the day.”
