Disciplinary Verdict: Charlie Ewels

Charlie Ewels had his disciplinary case heard on papers by Gareth Graham as sole judicial officer.

Ewels was sent off by referee Craig Maxwell-Keys in the 68th minute of the match London Irish v Bath Rugby. This was for two yellow cards, contrary to World Rugby Law 9.27.

Each yellow card was awarded for foul play. The player accepted the charge and was given a one-week suspension by Graham. Ewels will miss Bath's Challenge Cup match against Zebre and is free to play again on 6th April 2021.
