COVID-19 Retail returns policy update

Bath Rugby have amended our returns policy to support customers ordering products during the COVID-19 outbreak. Any customer who has purchased an item on or after 1 February 2020 will be able to return for a full refund or exchange to the store when it re-opens.

A customer can return the item(s) to the store within 14 days from the shop re-opening. After this time, our standard return and exchange policies apply.

Please note we are not able to accept postal refunds during this time as the shop is closed. If you need to return an item via post you will be able to do so once the shop reopens and will have 14 days to send. Please contact the store via email at shop@bathrugby.com if this is the case.

Please note that any personalised or special order item cannot be returned unless it is due to a manufacturing fault.
