Bath United to take on the UK Armed Forces in May

5 January 2017

Bath United will take on the UK Armed Forces in the re-arranged fixture at the Recreation Ground on Wednesday 10th May; kick-off 19:30.

The game, which was originally scheduled for November, will give spectators the opportunity to see the young stars of Bath Rugby go head-to-head with the best players from the UK Armed Forces, with proceeds going to the Royal British Legion.

Last year, it was Bath United that came out on top winning 35-7, with a brace coming from centre Max Clark and a spectacular length of the field try from winger Jeff Williams. With some more action-packed rugby in store, it promises to be a great evening of entertainment at the Rec.

There will be no tickets issued for this match - instead a suggested £5.00 donation will be asked for at the gates in aid of the Royal British Legion.
