Following the rescheduled Bath Rugby v Gloucester Rugby Premiership Rugby Cup fixture, please find below the application Process for Season Ticket Holders who did not attend Monday night’s game.
Season Ticket Holders who did not attend can either apply for a credit on their season ticket account or a refund to their payment card. This can be completed either over the phone (0844 448 1865), in person at the Ticket Office or via email at email@example.com.
All applications must be received by 1stMarch2019and the amount (either as credit or refund on your payment card) will equate to 1/16 of the price of the Season Ticket purchase price.
Credits can be used against forthcoming match ticket purchases or against your season ticket renewal price.
To apply for a credit on your season ticket account or a refund back to your payment card you will need to supply the following key information when contacting us:
- Name of card holder
- Number of season tickets you are claiming for
- Client reference numbers of the season tickets you are claiming for Notification of whether you are requesting a credit to your season ticket account or a refund back to your payment card
All applications must be received by 1stMarch 2019 and the credit or refund process will begin from 4thMarch 2019.
Please be advised that the refund process may take up to two weeks to complete.
