Bath Rugby is delighted to confirm the signing of Exeter Chiefs’ Will Chudley, who will join the Club ahead of the 2018/19 season.
The scrum-half has made over 115 appearances for the reigning Aviva Premiership champions since his arrival from Newcastle Falcons in 2012, scoring 15 tries.
The 29-year-old said: “I’m really looking forward to joining Bath next season – it’s a new challenge for me, and one that I’m really looking forward to. Having spoken to Todd, I know how ambitious the Club is, which is one of the main factors behind my decision.
“I’m fortunate to have won the (Aviva) Premiership with Exeter, and with the world-class talent in Bath’s ranks, I’m confident that we can put ourselves in contention for silverware over the next couple of seasons.”
Director of Rugby, Todd Blackadder, said: “Will is a player who I’m really looking forward to working with. He has that winning mentality having played a key role in Exeter’s success over the last few years, and that’s something which will only benefit the Club moving forwards.
“He’s a player with real quality and has shown what a valuable player he is during his six years down at Sandy Park. I have no doubt that he will become an instant hit with the supporters when he arrives in the summer for the new season.”
