Bath Rugby today share news that it has decided against extending the lease on its Ticket Office on Argyle Street.
The lease expires on July 13th and it is the Club’s intention to operate from the matchday Ticket Office in the Gem Stand on the riverside during non-matchdays for the 2020/21 season whilst the Club considers its long-term options.
Ben Wells, Chief Commercial Officer said; "We recognise that the Ticket Office is a critical interface between the Club and our supporters and so we will ensure that the new arrangements provide the same levels of service and interaction with each other. For those who would prefer not to visit the Ticket Office, we launched a mobile ticketing application earlier this year and we offer the option to print tickets at home. Our free telephone line and email service will remain unaltered.
"We understand this is a difficult time for everyone and we want to reassure them that we are working hard to return rugby to the Rec in a safe way."
