Kick-off change for season opener against Sale Sharks

11 August 2021

The kick-off time for Bath Rugby’s opening game of 2021/22 Gallagher Premiership season has changed.

Stuart Hooper’s side travel to Sale Sharks on Saturday 18 September with the match now starting at 17:00.

The hosts requested the change due to Manchester City Football Club’s 15:00 fixture on the same day, putting a strain on Sale’s supporter travel plan. Bath Rugby have agreed to the change.

Eight days earlier, the Blue, Black and Whites head to the Welsh capital for an exciting pre-season friendly against Cardiff Rugby.

An Anglo-Welsh encounter under the Arms Park lights (Friday 10 September, 19:15 kick-off), adult supporters can attend for £15 while juniors can watch for £5.
