Bethan Wakefield celebrated her birthday in style, scoring a try in Bath Rugby Ladies' special 44-13 win over Supermarine Ladies.
It was the first competitive women's fixture to be played following a men's match at the Rec and 3,000 people witnessed some incredible rugby.
The match proved the appetite for women and girls' rugby in the region and wing Wakefield described being a part of the milestone outing as meaning 'the world'.
"It was absolute amazing; it was definitely one of the best birthdays I've ever had!" she said.
"The crowd were absolutely amazing and I've never experienced anything like it.
"If we can get more crowds like that more often, for women's rugby it means the world."
