Bath Rugby flanker Francois Louw and wing Horacio Agulla will both be in international action this weekend in the Rugby Championship.
Louw is named in the starting line-up for the Springboks, who have dropped Morne Steyn at fly-half in favour of Johan Goosen. It will be Goosen's first start as he comes into the side to take on Australia at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria on Saturday.
Springbok coach Heyneke Meyer said the Springboks were looking forward to Saturday's Test and realised the importance of the match.
"It's great to be back home in South Africa after three tough matches on the road. We were not happy with the results in Mendoza, Perth or Dunedin and we know how big the Test at Loftus Versfeld is on Saturday," said Meyer.
"The Australians will be tough opponents on Saturday. We've now lost our last five Tests against them and need to turn this around."

Agulla is starting for Argentina as they take on the All Blacks in La Plata.
Argentina coach Santiago Phelan has kept the faith in his side that narrowly lost to Australia for Saturday's Rugby Championship rematch with New Zealand in La Plata.
A win for the Pumas will be their first against New Zealand, and prevent the world champions from clinching the Rugby Championship trophy with a match to spare.
New Zealand, who have won their four games so far, need one more victory to be sure of the title before their final match against South Africa in Johannesburg on October 6.
"Our objective is to improve match by match. In defence the players are full of confidence, we're getting better and as a consequence the results will follow," said Phelan.
"To play this tournament implies effort rather than pressure. I single out the valour, commitment, heart and passion of the team.
"Saturday's goal will be to avoid the drain of the final minutes."
