The Bath Rugby 7s Club Championship, in association with Dyson, took place on Saturday afternoon, with Bath RFC U14s crowned champions in front of a capacity crowd at a sun-drenched Rec.
They beat Dorchester RFC U14s 15-0 in the final during half-time of Bath’s emphatic win over London Irish.
It was the third tournament of its kind since its inception in 2016, with eight teams from across the West Country taking part in the event.
The sides were split into two pools of four and played round robin matches on the outfield, with pool winners Bath RFC U14s and Dorchester RFC U14s progressing to the final.
Bath RFC triumphed in a pool that included Chippenham RFC, Walcot RFC and Salisbury RFC U14s in their pool. Meanwhile, Dorchester RFC saw off the challenge of Bradford-upon-Avon, Devizes and Warminster U14s to reach the final.
