The Academy U18 League gets underway today with Bath Academy kicking off their season against West Country rivals Bristol Academy at Trowbridge RFC; kick-off 14:00.
Winger Will Partington and scrum-half Cameron Brown have already turned out for Bath United this season and will look to put that experience to good use, while the team will also include fly-half Tom de Glanville, son of the Club legend Phil, who made 189 appearances in the Blue, Black and White.
Andy Rock, Bath Rugby’s Academy Manager said: “We are all really excited to get the season underway. The team have put in a lot of hard work over the last few months and we hope to see that pay off tomorrow against Bristol Academy.
“There is no better way to get the squad going than to have a derby game against one of the Club’s biggest rivals and I am sure that the occasion will bring the best out of the 23 on the day.”
