Tomorrow we welcome Newport Gwent Dragons to the Rec for our opening home European tie of the season, kick-off 15.00.
With loads of things happening, as well as what will hopefully be a cracking game of rugby sandwiched in the middle, it promises to be a day of fun for supporters of all ages.
For our younger supporters, there will be bouncy castles, a huge inflatable assault course, passing accuracy and speed competitions, plus the Kyle Eastmond Quickstep Challenge. Can you beat Kyle’s time of 4.5 seconds? The top scorer on the day will win a signed team poster.
All of this will be watched over by Junior Membership Club leader Maximus, so if you see him, make sure you go and say hello.
As you arrive and soak up the pre-match atmosphere, some of the first team squad will be pulling pints in the Swift Half pre-match, with a happy hour running from 13.00 – 14.00. During this time, pints of Thatchers and Wadworth will be just £2.50!
Post-match, the good times continue in the Swift Half with live music from a Tom Jones tribute act. With our Welsh counterparts coming to town, we just couldn’t resist! As you sing along, you can discuss all the goings-on with fellow supporters and members of the Bath Rugby squad.
