Bath Rugby return to the Rec this Saturday to face Harlequins in a huge Aviva Premiership clash, kick-off 13.30.
We have plenty going on both pre- and post-match for all supporters to enjoy. The usual concessions will be available, including Pieminister, Grillstock BBQ, and Get Battered Fish & Chips. Plus, if you fancy something to satisfy the sweet tooth, Krispy Kreme doughnuts will once again have their outlet next to the Swift Half.
Don’t forget to make a Tunnel of Noise for the team as they make their way from the Pavilion to the changing rooms for their final preparations before facing Quins. We’ll be giving out free flags so come and get yours and cheer on the boys before 12.25!
This weekend’s special guest for the 150th anniversary Legends Q&A will be Rec favourite Matt Perry. So following the Tunnel of Noise, head over to the Swift Half at 12.45 and join Club President David Trick and Pezza!
For this weekend only, Thatchers are offering 50p off a pint of Thatchers Haze. Simply pick up a free voucher from the Thatchers zone on the outfield and take it to any bar to redeem.*
We have a fantastic opportunity for our young supporters to take part in our Guard of Honour. The first 30 people to sign up at our special Halloween Zone on the outfield on Saturday will get to take to the pitch at kick-off and welcome the team as they run out to face Quins.
The Halloween treats don’t stop there, as we are encouraging as many of our younger supporters to attend the game in fancy dress. If you do, you could take part in a special pitch parade at half time along with Junior Membership Club leader Maximus!
Everyone taking part in either activity will receive a free flag to wave; all you need to do is visit the Junior Membership Club Halloween Zone before 13.10 to sign up.
The Vocal Works Gospel Choir will once again be back singing an array of rugby anthems and popular tunes pre-match and at halftime. Make sure you also listen out for this weekend’s 150 giveaway prize winner. One lucky Season Ticket Holder will win a delicious meal for four at an award-winning pub, The Fox in Broughton Gifford.
Players from both teams will take to the field five minutes before kick-off for a wreath-laying ceremony, including a minute's silence, to commemorate the upcoming Remembrance Day.
Post-match, we will be showing the World Cup Final between New Zealand and Australia live in the Swift Half and Clubhouse, kick-off 16.00, so stick around and see which Southern Hemisphere side can claim rugby’s ultimate prize.
Please note: the Swift Half, Dyson Stand (East stand) and Bath Ales Dark Side bars will all close 10 minutes before the start of the game to allow supporters to take their seats in time for kick-off. The decision has been made in an attempt to minimise the disruption for supporters already in their seats, particularly in the Dyson stand, during the early stages of the game. Thank you for your cooperation.
*One voucher per person, valid only on Thatchers Haze. No cash alternative.
