Bath Rugby come face- to-face with old rivals Leicester Tigers at the Rec this Saturday in what’s been billed as a monster clash between two of the Premiership’s early pacesetters, kick-off 15.15.
Gates open at 13.15, so why not arrive early and check out our brand new and improved Swift Half.
The Swift Half is bigger and better than ever before, kitted out with a large TV screen, stage, a dedicated Pieminister servery, better bars featuring our new brewery partner, Bath Ales, and plenty of space in the seating area. So, why not sit down and enjoy a pie and a pint before the match.
For our younger supporters, you could be part of the Junior Membership Club Guard of Honour. All you have to do is simply visit the JMC marque, located on the outfield, before 14.45 and register your name.
The first 40 children registered will take to the pitch along with Junior Membership Club leader, Maximus, to welcome the Bath Rugby team out as they prepare to face the Tigers. Everyone will receive a free flag to wave and will have a legendary day to remember!
Make sure you venture to your seats in plenty of time as there will be something a little different happening, not on the pitch, but in the skies above.
The RAF Falcons Parachute Display team, based at RAF Brize Norton will be parachuting into the Rec for a special aerial display ahead of the big kick-off.
That’s not all, we are asking our supporters to ‘tweet from your seat’ pre-match and during the first half with a photo of your view alongside the hashtag #RAFFalconsWin. One lucky person will be chosen at random to win a signed ball, that will be presented to them on the pitch at half-time by a member of the display team.
At half-time, official partners Jaffa will be back for some brand new zorbing entertainment.
After the game, be sure to stick around and enjoy live music from special guests ‘Wipeout’ in the Swift Half as you reflect on the day’s events with fellow supporters.
Please also be aware that due to another record capacity at the Rec this Saturday, we are advising supporters to allow for extra time to find their seats and familiarise themselves with the new ground layout. With the new North Stand configuration, unfortunately it is no longer possible to get autographs signed by the entrance to the changing rooms due to health and safety. However, it will still be possible to secure all your autographs at the bottom of the Premier Lounge stairs.
Only limited tickets now remain for this unmissable game. Call 0844 448 1865, buy online or visit the Ticket Office on Pulteney Bridge.
