Rugby returns to the Rec this Friday for our penultimate Aviva Premiership match against London Irish, kick-off 19.45.
From 18.00, we will have live music in the Swift Half from Jukebox Live and an array of food and drink on offer.
This week’s Bath Ales seasonal ale is Golden Hare and available in the Swift Half. The Pie of the Match, brought to you by Pieminister, is ‘Chicken of Aragon’ – a delicious pie with free range British chicken, smoked bacon and tarragon - making its first appearance of the season, also available in the Swift Half.
Also in the Swift Half, we will have a special video-booth where supporters can share their favourite memories from this season.
Keep an eye out for something a little different happening during the half-time interval. Many supporters will now be familiar with the entertaining battles brought to the Rec by Official Partner Jaffa Fruit and their inflatable orange zorbs. But now they have a challenge on their hands as Club Partner Thatchers Cider have emerged as contenders with their own branded zorbs in what is being dubbed ‘the ultimate zorb race’.
Thatchers will also be running a ‘Golden Ticket’ competition. All you have to do is pick up a raffle ticket from any of the bars around the ground to be in with a chance of winning a crate of Thatchers Gold. The lucky winner will be announced at half-time.
Post-match Season Ticket Holders are invited to the Pavilion to enjoy live music from special guests, The Soul Strutters as well as a cash bar and Q&A with the Man of the Match. Simply show your 2014/15 season ticket card on the door.
