The Bath Rugby Foundation are looking for an enthusiastic young individual aged between 16 – 24 who's interested in sports development, a great opportunity for anyone hoping to become a coach.
The apprentice's main role will be to assist delivery with qualified experienced Foundation coaches in schools, youth clubs and match days. The Foundation run a range of projects focusing on sports, inclusion and education with a variety of children as young as two years old to adults with disabilities. Apprentices will develop leadership skills, event management and project organisation throughout the year, with possibility of further progression.
On completion of the apprenticeship, students will be fully qualified UKCC Level 1 Rugby Union coaches and gained an NVQ level 2 in Activity Leadership as well as a wealth of experience in the sports development industry.
