Eight inspirational individuals each with their unique personal story were invited to the Bath Rugby training ground and were put through their paces by the Club's Strength and Conditioning Coach and coached members of the senior squad.
Kyle, one of the participants shared his experience of what sport means to him: “You can be rich, you can be famous or off the streets. But when you step out on that field, you’re all equal.”
Bath Rugby fly-half Freddie Burns added: “Sport and exercise in general is proven to have a positive impact on physical and mental well-being. For me, sport has given me the opportunity to not only express myself, but there is nothing greater than that camaraderie when you step out on to the pitch with your teammates."
Over the coming weeks, these stories will be shared to show that fitness is for everyone.
