Bath Rugby will kick-off the 2021/22 Gallagher Premiership on the road!
Stuart Hooper’s men head to Sale Sharks on the opening day of the campaign (Saturday 18 September, 15:00 kick-off) before welcoming a full capacity at the Rec for the first time in over 18 months when Newcastle Falcons visit a week later.
The first West Country derby is in Round 3 as the Blue, Black and White take on Bristol Bears under the lights at Ashton Gate with the reverse fixture taking place in March.
With 13 teams now in the league, Round 4 is a free weekend with newly-promoted Saracens the opponents at home on Sunday 17th October.
Games against Harlequins (away, Saturday 23 October) and Wasps (home, Saturday 30th October) complete the confirmed set of dates for the first six rounds.
Either on Boxing Day or 27th December, Bath will host Gloucester Rugby and on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day or 2nd January, they will travel to London Irish’s Brentford Community Stadium.
As well as a home game with Bristol, the Blue, Black and Whites will face to trips to Saracens, Wasps and Newcastle Falcons during the Six Nations period as well as taking on Leicester Tigers at the Rec.
Bath’s final home game is against London Irish in Round 25 with the regular season concluding away to Worcester Warriors.
