The fixtures for the 2014/15 Aviva Premiership season have been announced, meaning Bath Rugby supporters can begin to plan for what will be a blockbuster season for the Club.
The opening fixtures promise much entertainment. On the opening weekend, Sale Sharks away on Saturday 6th September will provide plenty of motivation for the team following the controversial circumstances of the two sides’ meeting back in March.
In Round 2, newcomers London Welsh will look to continue the strong form that saw them do the double on Bristol Rugby to gain promotion to the Aviva Premiership.
The next three fixtures see Bath face a trio of last season’s top four finishers in the Premiership: Leicester Tigers (H), Northampton Saints (A) and Saracens (H).
For traditionalists, it might well be that the best has been saved till last: Gloucester Rugby come to the Rec in the final round of the regular season on Saturday 16th May.
