The workshops are designed for youth coaches working in a club or school (U12-U18) located in the Bath Academy catchment area of Dorset, Wiltshire or Somerset.

The sessions will give an insight into the Bath Rugby Academy Pathway, game model and the way that we coach. There will also be an opportunity to observe a session, which will provide ideas and knowledge to take back to your coaching environment.

Assistant Academy Manager and Coach Development Lead, George Tavner said: “We are extremely fortunate to have so many outstanding schools and clubs in our region. I am looking forward to sharing how we are developing and supporting the young players within our Academy. The objectives of these sessions is to provide coaches with knowledge and ideas to apply in their own environments.”

The sessions take place in the following venues between 18:00-20:30:

KES Bath – Wednesday 16^th October 2019

Swanage and Wareham RFC – Wednesday 30^th October 2019

Melksham Rugby Club – Wednesday 6^th November 2019

Yeovil RFC – Monday 11^th November 2019

Chippenham Stanley Park – Monday 18th November 2019

Millfield School – Wednesday 20^th November 2019.
