We have experienced highs and lows, last-minute tries, players from the pathway debuting but it just hasn’t been the same without you.

Next season when you are reunited with the staff and players, and of course, the Rec, we will relish every moment with you.

“Nobody knew how long you would be away for and it’s been strange not having you at the Rec,” Hooper said.

“The Rec just isn’t the same without you. In my time as a supporter, player and now Director of Rugby, my understanding of what a supporter means has grown.

“You’re not just people who sit in the stadium and watch us play. You’re genuinely part of us, part of us as a club and part of our team.

“I’m so excited to have you back, for you to experience live sport again, to mingle, have a burger and a beer.

“Having you at the Rec is what makes the Rec, the Rec.”
