Following last season’s success, ‘15 Under 23’, which highlights the young players who stand out each month, is back this season. The campaign started in September and will run until April 2023, with the RPA nominating six players aged 23 and under (as of Gallagher Premiership Round 1) who shine for their side in all competitions.

A system which saw Orlando Bailey and Max Ojomoh voted MVPs in 2021/22, fans get to vote for their MVP of the Month with the whole process culminates in the RPA Players' Board picking their 15 Under 23 from the long shortlist. The team will be announced at the RPA Awards 2023 in May.

This season, Ted Hill won the award in November for his stellar performances since joining the Blue, Black and White on a long-term deal.

Redpath has been nominated for his similarly influential displays from the Bath midfield alongside Ollie Lawrence.

His form has seen him included in the Scotland squad for the 2023 Guinness Six Nations.

Bath fans can vote for Redpath via the RPA website and have until Friday 3 February at 13:00 to do so!
