Having both been voted by fans as the RPA’s MVPs for the months of October (Ojomoh) and April (Bailey), the pair are now in the running to be selected for the RPA’s final “15 Under 23” end of season squad.

As a campaign to highlight the young members who have stood out this 2021/22 Gallagher Premiership season, Bailey and Ojomoh’s inclusion is a proud moment for Bath Rugby and its Academy.

Fans will now get the opportunity to vote for their ultimate XV, with every winner and nominee from each Month’s 15 Under 23 shortlist included in the vote.

Speaking to the RPA, Max spoke of his gratitude to the fans who voted for him as October’s MVP:

“It means so much to me, because ultimately, they are the ones that I play for really. The award is really nice, it’s great to see young players being recognised for what they are doing in the game.”
