Forward Ted Hill won the November award with Cameron Redpath also nominated this season.

Following last season’s success, ‘15 Under 23’ highlights the young players who stand out each month.

The campaign started in September and will run until April 2023, with the RPA nominating six players aged 23 and under (as of Gallagher Premiership Round 1) who shine for their side in all competitions.

A system which saw Orlando Bailey and Ojomoh voted MVPs in 2021/22, the RPA Players’ Board will pick their 15 Under 23 from the long shortlist of which Hill is now on. The team will be announced at the RPA Awards 2023 in May.
