Kahn Fotuali’i v Ben Youngs

Fotuali’i has been one of the stand-out performers in the Bath team this year. The 34-year-old joined the Club at the start of the season from Aviva Premiership rivals Northampton Saints and has been in sparkling form ever since. Quick hands and a menace at the breakdown, Fotuali’i will be a key figure this weekend.

The Bath scrum-half will go head-to-head with Ben Youngs, who has also been crucial in Leicester’s recent run of form. The 27-year-old, who helped guide England to the RBS 6 Nations title proved to be the difference in the Tigers’ last game in the competition, seeing off Northampton Saints 36-31.

Taulupe Faletau v Luke Hamilton

Faletau goes into this weekend’s game fresh from scoring his first tries in the Club’s European Rugby Challenge Cup Quarter-Final triumph against Brive. An imposing force in defence and attack, Bath will be looking for the Welsh international to assert his presence on proceedings on Saturday from number eight.

His opposite number, Luke Hamilton joined Leicester from French Top 14 side Agen at the start of the season and has been a real coup for the Aviva Premiership side. A strong ball carrier, the back rower will have his sights on another strong display at Twickenham.

Semesa Rokoduguni v Adam Thompstone

Rokoduguni has continued to run rings around opposition defences this year, with 10 tries to his name in the Aviva Premiership. Topping the standings for metres gained (1,505m) and defenders beaten (72) in the competition, the winger will be full of confidence heading to Twickenham after notching his 50^th and 51^st try for the Blue, Black and White last weekend.

Like Rokoduguni, Thompstone is the leading try scorer for his club in the Aviva Premiership with eight to his name so far. The 29-year-old is enjoying his most prolific spell at the Tigers and will be keen to continue his run in the last few games of the season.

Jonathan Joseph v Matthew Tait

Joseph has been one of the in-form centres this year, with the 25-year-old having recently returned from a starring role in England’s RBS 6 Nations winning campaign. Joseph scored a hat-trick for Eddie Jones’ side in their emphatic 61-21 win against Scotland and will be looking to pull the strings for the Blue, Black and White once again at the home of English rugby.

Leicester stalwart Matthew Tait will to draw on all his experience as the versatile back returns to Twickenham. Capped 38 times by England, the 31-year-old, who recently signed a new deal with his club, will hope to put his stamp on the game.

Nathan Catt v Dan Cole

Catt has been a mainstay of the Bath front row, with the 29-year-old an impressive figure throughout the campaign. His has seen him earn a call-up to the England elite player squad at the start of the year. A strong scrummager, Catt will be keen to showcase his undoubted ability against England’s loosehead Dan Cole.

Capped 50 times for England, Cole is one of the best front rowers in the country and will be determined to end this season with a flourish, with one eye on selection for the British and Irish Lions.
