Bath Rugby put in a dominant performance, as the side scored six tries to earn a bonus-point win over London Irish at the Madejski Stadium in December 2019.

Beno Obano, Anthony Watson, Semesa Rokoduguni, Will Chudley, Tom Homer all scored for the Blue, Black and White and were gifted a penalty try for their attacking endeavours. London Irish could only reply through an Adam Coleman try as the highlight of the hosts’ performance.

Anthony Watson had returned to action for Bath following an injury sustained against Harlequins in the Champions Cup back in November, and lock Elliott Stooke made his 100th appearance for the Blue, Black and White in a proud performance.

Obano and Watson both scored within the first 10 minutes to set the tone for the day. Rokoduguni scored the third in the 21^st minute, making his 50^th Premiership try. By the 26^th minute the bonus-point was secured following a penalty try with London Irish losing Albert Tuisue to the sin-bin. Before half-time the fifth try was scored by Chudley giving Bath a 31-3 lead.

The second-half was a closer affair with one try apiece. Homer added a sixth score from long-rage after a phenomenal interception breakaway and this was followed by Adam Coleman break through score for Irish. This topping off a strong performance from the Blue, Black and White.
