The citings of Bath Rugby's Dan Hipkiss and Michael Claassens for a 'tip tackle' on Jamie Gibson and kicking Matthew Garvey respectively during Saturday's Aviva Premiership Round 4 match against London Irish at the Madejski Stadium were tonight dismissed.
