Each week, there will be a weekly fitness schedule with daily exercise classes appealing to all age groups and abilities, keeping your body and mind active at these difficult times.

Bath Rugby are delighted to be supporting the local fitness community, by promoting and investing into the personal trainers/instructors who are currently restricted to offer their usual timetable due to the closure of all gyms and health centres.

About Move With Bath Initiative

WEEK 1 - CLASS TIMETABLE (ALL SESSIONS ARE FREE)

Bath Rugby are always looking to give back to the city that continually supports us through thick and thin, which is why we are offering the first week of exercise classes completely free of charge. We are urging for all supporters to get involved and take part, there will be a variety of workouts to cater for everybody!

The first week will be FREE to everyone who would like to attend, and all sessions will be accessible via Zoom. Once the first week is completed there will be a small fee for each session of £3 which will be split between the trainer and Bath Rugby Foundation. Payment will be taken using the Pixie app which helps support local businesses in the Bath area. This can be downloaded through the app store or google play, and all information about the sessions will be available.

We can confirm that there will be three sessions FREE for children every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday morning which will be available on the Club’s social media platforms. As a Club, we feel this is essential for the health and wellbeing of children, who are missing out on playing sport at club and school level.

The weekly schedule can be found below or across all social channels for you to pick and choose which session you like to get involved with. There are a variety of unique sessions that you can attend from Zumba to Qi Gong! To see how the sessions would run on Zoom click here.

What you need to do to sign up:

Sign up to the Pixie app on your smart phone (available here)
Find the class you would like to join and simply follow the on-screen instructions
You will receive a Zoom link to join the online fitness class
Keep an eye out for all upcoming classes and join the ones that take your fancy

We are super excited to have this new partnership with Bath FitFam who have already given so much to the city and we cannot wait to inspire and MOVE WITH BATH in this lockdown.
