Will Chudley, Paul Grant, Max Lahiff, Ruaridh McConnochie, Jamie Roberts and Elliott Stooke all come into the starting line-up for the West Country derby.

McConnochie marks his return on the left wing, with Semesa Rokoduguni and Tom Homer completing an otherwise unchanged back three. Jonathan Joseph continues at outside centre and will join Jamie Roberts in an experienced midfield pairing. Chudley co-captains the side from scrum-half, with Rhys Priestland completing the half-back combination.

Jacques van Rooyen and Jack Walker start at loosehead prop and hooker respectively, with Lahiff coming in at tighthead to complete the front row. Co-captain Luke Charteris continues in the second row alongside Dave Attwood. Stooke comes in at blindside flanker in a back row which includes Josh Bayliss and Grant.
