**TERMS AND CONDITIONS** **1. HOW TO ENTER** 1.1 The Prize Draw will run from **\[Thursday 20 November\]** until **23:59 (GMT) on \[Friday 19 December \]** inclusive (“Prize Draw Period”).
1.2 All Prize Draw entries must be received by no later than 23:59 (GMT) on the Closing Date. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
1.3 To enter the Prize Draw, simply **complete the online entry form** on the Bath Rugby website: .
1.4 No purchase is necessary to enter. Entrants may be subject to data charges depending on their own internet access arrangements.
1.5 By submitting a Prize Draw entry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.6 No other method of entry will be accepted. Incomplete, incorrect or illegible entries will not be valid and will not be entered.
1.7 Bath Rugby retains the right to exclude participants or delete entries if they are not in line with these rules or are otherwise in conflict with these Terms. **2. ELIGIBILITY** 2.1 The Prize Draw is open to **UK residents aged 18 or over**, except:
(a) employees of Bath Rugby;
(b) employees of Bath Rugby partners or suppliers professionally connected with the Prize Draw;
(c) members of the immediate families or households of the above.
2.2 In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. Bath Rugby may require proof of eligibility.
2.3 Bath Rugby will not accept entries that are:
(a) automatically generated;
(b) submitted in bulk or by third parties;
(c) altered, reconstructed or tampered with;
(d) photocopies;
(e) incomplete.
2.4 Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries on behalf of another person or joint submissions are not allowed.
2.5 Bath Rugby reserves all rights to disqualify entrants if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw. **3. THE PRIZE** 3.1 The Prize consists of: • **Two (2) Pavilion hospitality tickets** to Bath Rugby v Northampton Saints at The Rec on **27 December 2025**. 3.2 Travel expenses are **not included** and will not be covered by Bath Rugby.
3.3 The winner is responsible for all costs associated with attending the event other than those expressly included above.
3.4 The winner and their guest must act responsibly during use of the Prize. Bath Rugby accepts no liability if the winner or their guest is refused entry to The Rec.
3.5 Prizes are subject to availability. There is **no cash alternative**, and the Prize is **non-transferable** and **non-negotiable**.
3.6 The Prize cannot be exchanged for another event, package or product.
3.7 The winner agrees not to sell, offer to sell or use the Prize for any commercial or promotional purpose (including on auction sites).
3.8 Bath Rugby reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of at least equal or greater value if necessary.
3.9 Any unclaimed or unused Prize remains the property of Bath Rugby. **4. WINNER SELECTION** 4.1 The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted by an independent person or computer process within 48 hours of the Closing Date.
4.2 The decision of Bath Rugby is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.3 Bath Rugby will contact the winner using the email address provided on the entry form. Contact details cannot be amended after submission. **5. CLAIMING THE PRIZE** 5.1 Bath Rugby will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner.
5.2 If the winner cannot be contacted, is unavailable, or has not claimed the Prize within **48 hours** of notification, Bath Rugby reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected before the Closing Date.
5.3 Bath Rugby accepts no responsibility if the winner is unable to take up the Prize. **6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY** 6.1 Insofar as permitted by law, Bath Rugby, its agents and distributors will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from taking up the Prize, except where caused by Bath Rugby’s negligence.

7.2 By entering, you acknowledge that your name and email address will be made available to Bath Rugby for the administration of this Prize Draw. **8. GENERAL** 8.1 If Bath Rugby believes there has been a breach of these terms, it may exclude the relevant entrant at its sole discretion.
8.2 Bath Rugby reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of cheating, deception or fraudulent conduct.
8.3 Bath Rugby reserves the right to hold void, suspend, amend or cancel the Prize Draw where necessary.
8.4 These Terms are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
