Bath Rugby will use its 150th Anniversary Season to launch a new annual partnership opportunity for three local charities. From the 2015/16 Season, and annually thereafter, the West Country's premier sports organisation will provide the following partner benefits to the selected charities:

• Increased profile and public awareness
• Share of match day fundraising throughout the season
• Player appearances
• Promotion through Club website, database and match day programme; together with additional fundraising support

The three local charities will be selected from a shortlist in September 2015, ahead of the 150th Anniversary Season commencing. Each of the following groups will be asked to vote for their choice from the shortlist:

• Bath Rugby season ticket holders
• Bath Rugby corporate partners
• Bath Rugby staff and players

"The role we play in the community is very important to us," says Tarquin McDonald, the Club's Managing Director. "We are very proud of the fantastic work already done in the region by the Bath Rugby Foundation. However, our responsibility extends wider and we see our 150th Anniversary Season as the perfect time to launch this initiative which will help other great local charities extend their reach and the benefits they deliver across our community."
