This is your chance to nominate a cause close to your heart to be supported by the Club throughout the season.

The chosen charities will benefit from a share of the matchday fundraising throughout the season, visits from Bath Rugby players to events of their choice, promotion through the Club website and matchday programme and additional fundraising support.

In return, the chosen charities will be asked to provide volunteers to collect at selected games throughout the season.

To nominate your charity, simply fill out this form and email the completed version to localcharitypartner@bathrugby.com by 17.00 on 30th June 2016.

The final three charities will be selected from a shortlist, with Bath Rugby Season Ticket Holders, Bath Rugby Partners and Bath Rugby staff and players voting for their choice from the shortlist.

The successful charities will then be announced w/c 1^st August 2016.
