Season Ticket Holder Refunds

REFUND AMOUNTS:

If you are unable to attend the game then we will be able to offer a pro rata refund. This is equivalent to 1/16th of your season ticket value.

In addition, due to the unique nature of this game, we will include an additional 10% of the total refund. The actual amount refunded is dependent on which price band your current season ticket is located in.

Season tickets offer substantial savings against the price of a match ticket, the credit received is therefore calculated relative to the season ticket and not the general admission match ticket price.

REFUND OPTIONS:

You can opt for one of two refund options, a credit to your season ticket account – which can be put towards your 2020/21 season ticket or future match tickets- or alternatively, if a credit to your account does not suit your individual circumstances, we can arrange for a refund to your credit card or bank account.

APPLYING FOR A REFUND:

Those who are unable to attend the game should email Twickenham@bathrugby.com, clearly stating the Season Ticket Holder Name(s), Client reference number(s) and contact daytime telephone number of all the non attendees. All refunds will be actioned to the individuals e-ticket accounts unless stated that a monetary refund is required.

If you are applying for a refund on multiple season tickets please state the number of additional season tickets as well as the individual names and client references for each one.

The opportunity to claim your refund for the game will remain open until Friday 10th April 2020.

REFUND PROCESSING:

In order to complete the process in an efficient and timely fashion we will be processing the refunds in one batch.

Whilst we appreciate that some Season Ticket Holders will know already if they cannot attend, the majority will not know their availability until closer to the time.

By allowing Season Ticket Holders the opportunity to claim their position up until Friday 10th April 2020 we can accommodate those whose availability is not confirmed until closer to the game.

By processing refunds after the event, we will know exactly who has attended and who hasn’t. This also allows people to change their mind without a complex credit/debit process.

Once the match has been played we will collate the details of all those who have registered for a refund and the amount will be credited to your ticket account.

You can opt for one of two refund options, a credit to your season ticket account or we can arrange a refund to your credit card or bank account.

This process will begin from week commencing 20th April 2020 with accounts credited with the relevant refund amount from week commencing 27th April 2020.

Please be advised that this process may take up to two weeks to complete.

 

KEY DATES:

  • Friday 10th April 2020 – Deadline for refund applications.
  • Saturday 18th April 2020 – The Clash, Bath Rugby v Wasps at Twickenham.
  • Monday 20th April 2020 – Ticket Office will begin to contact those requesting refunds and process payments.
